Albergo resort Abi D’Oru

Mechanical and electrical systems design for the construction of new presidential suites, the refurbishment of the rooms, the construction of a new SPA and a new restaurant and the refurbishment of the thermo-refrigeration unit and the medium voltage cabin / delivery of the Abi resort hotel D’Oru (5 star luxury – 177 rooms) Costa Smeralda – Porto Rotondo. The design consists in the complete refurbishment of the plant to achieve the highest standards of energy efficiency and environmental comfort. The recovery heat resulting from the production of cold for the air conditioning of the rooms was used for the production of domestic hot water and heating of the outdoor pool. The intervention made it possible to reach new levels of comfort by halving energy consumption.
