Executive design and construction management for energy efficiency through refurbishment of the central heating and cooling system and implementation of an advanced management and control system for an office building located in London – 350 Euston Road of approximately 11,000 square meters. British Land / Climaveneta client. The project was shortlisted for the prestigious CIBSE Awards 2018 for the Project of the year – Commercial / industrial category.
